These shoes will keep you dry thanks to a waterproof membrane and taped seams: no drop of water penetrates them, even under downpours. We checked it by leaving this model in a basin of water for 1h30, then checking that the interior was still perfectly dry. The material has a fairly fine mesh to block the entry of water while allowing perspiration to escape, for optimal comfort.
